Conference rooms will be equipped with projector, laptop (windows 7 + MS office 2007, Hungarian) and microphone. Projectors have analog VGA (D-SUB) plugs; MAC users please prepare an appropriate adapter.
In each room there will be one member of the organization team to assist during the day.
We ask our presenters to show up 10 minutes before the start of the sessions if possible, to check that everything works (open presentations from usb stick/cd, or try whether their laptop/tablet works together with the projector.)
The size of poster stands is: height 105cm, width 134cm (landscape orientation.)
In Hungary the power supply is 230V 50Hz, with CEE 7/4 "Schuko" socket.
